Cookies, analytics and your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to understand how this website is used — only after you accept in the cookie banner. Until you choose, no analytics script is loaded and no Google request is made. If you accept, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (lifetime up to 2 years) to distinguish visitors and sessions; IP addresses are truncated. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; declining or withdrawing does not restrict the site. Your choice itself is stored in your browser (local storage key mh-consent) for up to 12 months so you are not asked again. Analytics data is shared with Google under its privacy policy and may be processed in the USA.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit, Netlify technically processes connection data (such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access) in server logs as necessary to deliver the site securely. See Netlify's privacy policy.
Booking and contact form
If you send a booking request, we process the data you enter: name, phone number, e-mail address, whether you are a new or existing patient, your country of residence and preferred language (optional), preferred provider, preferred date and time, your reason for visit, and the language of the page you used. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment and travel plan. Submissions are received and stored through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.) and kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry; spam is filtered by a hidden honeypot field, not by reCAPTCHA. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed and stored for us by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., acting as our processor). Submissions are deleted once they are no longer needed to handle your enquiry.
Map and videos
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads automatically when you open that page. Your browser then connects to Google, your IP address is shared with Google, and Google may set its own cookies. If you prefer not to load it, do not open the contact page or block third-party frames in your browser; you can reach us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail instead. The videos on our blog (YouTube, provided by Google) do not load automatically: they load only after you click the “Load video” button, and a notice next to the button says so. WhatsApp, phone and e-mail
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the exchange is processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Phone calls and e-mails are processed by us to answer your enquiry.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 — KVKK — and, where it applies, the GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
