Plan and itinerary
You receive a written plan: procedure, dates, hospital stay and days in İstanbul. We book the hospital appointments, propose accommodation and arrange your transfers.

Arrival in İstanbul
You are met at the airport and taken to your accommodation. Your personal translator accompanies you to every appointment and helps with day-to-day logistics.

Treatment
Checks, treatment and any hospital stay take place at the contracted institution. Our consultants stay in touch with you and your family throughout.

Waypoint 01 Planning
We start planning while you are still deciding. We arrange your transport, hotel reservations, hospital formalities and doctor’s appointments, so your time in İstanbul is well used. Your personal translator is with you throughout, guides you day by day and helps with any other practical matter along the way.

At Meric Hafiz Health Tourism Agency, accommodation is one of the things we care most about. Our consultants work hard to find hotels where our guests feel as comfortable and as happy as they do at home. They make the reservations that suit you, and the booking service itself is free of charge.

We will continue to be in contact with you after your treatment, through our consultants and the medical team of the contracted institution. Your medical follow-up is arranged, and all your questions and requests are answered, usually the same day.

Share your existing scans, biopsy and blood results by WhatsApp or e-mail. The surgeon reviews them and proposes a plan before you travel.
How do I start?

Which languages do you work in?
This website and our correspondence are in English, Turkish and German. During your stay a personal translator accompanies you to appointments. Tell us your language when you enquire.
What exactly does the agency arrange?
Medical coordination with the contracted doctor or clinic, hospital appointments, flights and airport transfers, accommodation, a personal translator, help with medical-visa and insurance paperwork, and support before, during and after treatment.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling with you and we include them in the accommodation and transfer arrangements.
Do you help with visas and insurance?
We manage the medical-visa procedure, coordinate with your insurer where relevant and prepare the documentation international medical travel requires.
What happens after I return home?
We stay in contact. Your medical follow-up is arranged, your questions and requests are answered, and results are coordinated with your doctor at home.
