How do I start?
Send your diagnosis or the treatment you are considering by WhatsApp, e-mail or the booking form. We reply, usually the same day, and tell you which reports and scans to share so the surgeon can review them.
Which languages do you work in?
This website and our correspondence are in English, Turkish and German. During your stay a personal translator accompanies you to appointments. Tell us your language when you enquire.
What exactly does the agency arrange?
Medical coordination with the contracted surgeon, hospital appointments, flights and airport transfers, accommodation, a personal translator, help with medical-visa and insurance paperwork, and support before, during and after treatment.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling with you and we include them in the accommodation and transfer arrangements.
Do you help with visas and insurance?
We manage the medical-visa procedure, coordinate with your insurer where relevant and prepare the documentation international medical travel requires.
