The agency is an intermediary, not a health facility. Health services are provided by the contracted health institutions, each of which holds an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate; decisions on diagnosis and treatment are made by the treating physician. This website presents international health tourism services for people who live outside Türkiye.

## Prices and offers

This website shows no prices, sells nothing online and takes no payment. Before you commit to anything, you receive a written offer for our services; an itemised breakdown of the fees for accommodation, transport, transfers, interpreting and consultancy is given on request. The invoice for the health service is issued by the health institution that provides it.
