We reply, usually the same day, and tell you which reports and scans to share so the doctor can review them. **Which languages do you work in?** This website and our correspondence are in English, Turkish and German. During your stay a personal translator accompanies you to appointments. Tell us your language when you enquire. **What exactly does the agency arrange?** Medical coordination with the contracted doctor or clinic, hospital appointments, flights and airport transfers, accommodation, a personal translator, help with medical-visa and insurance paperwork, and support before, during and after treatment. **Can someone travel with me?** Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling with you and we include them in the accommodation and transfer arrangements.
